A large part of our multi-disciplinary approach to building procurement involves initial sketch design and design development, involving three-dimensional modelling of each project. For many clients this creates an exciting phase, which adds to their thorough understanding of the design proposal. For the project team including the client, the three-dimensional modelling process is quick and allows for early clarification of both design decisions and spatial configurations. The 3D modelling of our projects is a unique and efficient tool within our design process.
